The problem

The firm handles high volumes of detailed debt review court matters on behalf of referring debt counselling firms. Before this system, the work depended on:

What Drivatic built

Referring firms submit instructions through a guided portal with an annexure checklist and document uploads. AI reads proposals and acceptance letters, extracts consumer, creditor and financial details, and matches creditors against a maintained credit provider database.

Court documents are generated from the captured file data, including founding affidavits, notices of motion, set-downs, withdrawals and confirmatory affidavits. Joint applications are supported, and complete court packs have an indexed table of contents.

Each matter is linked to its court, jurisdiction and correspondent attorney. The team manages hearing dates, outcomes, assigned tasks, comments, reminders and notifications in one status pipeline. Fee schedules, a ledger, monthly breakdowns and invoices connect billing directly to the work. Staff, referring firms and correspondents each have access only to their relevant matters.
