The problem

Mining companies report on SLP and Mining Charter commitments every year: employment equity, skills development, local economic development (LED), procurement, downscaling, financial provision and ownership. This information usually sits in separate spreadsheets kept by HR, training, LED, procurement and finance teams. That leads to:

Users pick a company, operation, reporting year and workforce group, and every dashboard, register and report updates to match. Every figure can be opened to see the named individuals and evidence behind it.

Annual reports, statutory forms and the Mining Charter report are generated from the same data and can be exported to Word or spreadsheets. Evidence is stored securely, locked once uploaded and kept in a full activity history. Access is controlled by role, company and operation. The app works on phones and tablets and can be installed like a desktop app.
